WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some products may be out of stock, so they will be ordered from suppliers immediately.
If you prefer, you can ask for confirmation about stock availability, before finalizing the order of the items, through our customer support.

If you order an item that is not in stock, Euflana Store will contact you, proposing several options such as:

  • Euflana Store will give a new delivery deadline;
  • Choose a new product, suggested by Euflana Store or by yourself;
  • If none of the options are to your liking, the customer can cancel the order.

 

DEVOLUTION

  • All products can be returned up to 15 days after delivery, as long as you have the invoice that was delivered to you with the product and return it in the original box, in the same conditions you received it. The product must be sealed and intact, in the original packaging.
  • It is not possible to accept the return of the product with the packaging damaged or with traces of opening.
  • If there are traces that the product has been used, we will not exchange it.
  • In case of return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 8 days, after receipt of the order, excluding the value of the shipping costs that are borne by the customer, except when there is an error or damage. proven in the shipment of the order.
